Relievo Shipping & Delivery
We know that when you are dealing with daily stiffness and discomfort, every day counts. Our fulfillment team works to get your order packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order to all countries we ship to. There are no hidden fees added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, plus any local taxes or import duties that may apply in your country (see below).
Order Processing
All orders are verified, securely packaged and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 24 to 48 hours of placement (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are shipped via DHL Express. Once your package leaves our facility, please expect the following delivery windows:
- United States: 4–7 business days
- Canada: 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Ireland: 4–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 4–7 business days
If your country is not listed, you will not be able to complete checkout — we currently only ship to the countries above.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or seasonal high-volume periods.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, local import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority on delivery. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time using the Track Order page.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us at support@tryrelievo.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
